Remembrance, Dec 11 2001

While we cannot look at all suggested events, this one had a poignant tone, and I decided to do an exploration. A time was given, but no beginning and end, so the standard procedure for a point event was used, with the time, plus or minus 15 minutes, as the period to examine. The result looks almost like a picture of the description given.

Dear Roger,
I was wondering if the project spiked at the event this morning 
at 5:46 AM PST. Seventy countries participated in a moment
of remembrance and all radio stations played the national anthem. I
sensed it psychically the instant the music started.
